What a Gazan Should Do During an Israeli Air Strike by Mosab Abu Toha. Thanks to Café Bang Bang in Phibsborough for being the soundest community hub in Dublin 7. If you haven’t been able to support any of the Irish Artists for Palestine @IrishArtists4Palestine events there is a collection box for Palestine in the Bang Bang shop, just on the shelf behind the sugars and coffee lids.
Sad to say that the following Lit Hub post may already be statistically out-of-date because the number of Palestinians being genocided against is relentless. Here Dan Sheehan remembers the poets and writers who have been killed in Gaza.
These are the poets and writers who have been killed in Gaza
I was lucky to get a ticket for the Irish Writers for Palestine event in Dublin. Some of the readings are available online. @IrishArtists4Palestine is a coalition of artists producing an all-island programme of solidarity events in light of the current genocidal attack and siege on Gaza, and the ongoing occupation of Palestine.
There’s another opportunity to stand with Gaza on New Year’s Eve in Dublin. Join the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign vigil for Palestine on the Ha’penny Bridge at 2.00 pm Irish time. Details here.
Don’t stop talking about Gaza.
Thanks for sharing, Fiona 🇵🇸
